These mud grids are an excellent product! The way that our hay hut is positioned, one side gets really muddy. These really provide a stable footing for the horses and ensure that they don’t have to stand in thick mud while they are eating. More importantly, Sarah is absolutely wonderful to deal with. She is very responsive and quick to answer questions from customers. For the orders I have placed, I have picked these up directly from her farm which was super easy. I can’t speak to delivery since I haven’t needed that service, but in dealing with Sarah I am quite confident that delivery would be done in a very professional and timely manner as well. Horse and I are both happy to not be sinking in the mud anymore. Once we got the hang of install, it was very easy and fairly quick. After walking on it twice my horse was fine with it, and definitely choosing to walk on the grids instead of in mud.
